Our mandate is to ensure that all Canadians and Federal undertaking Employers can reach us in case of emergencies, such as fatalities, work refusal incidents, or explosions, at workplaces under our jurisdiction, at any time of day or night.

For non-emergency calls, and any other related issues under Part III or Part II, @liveconx notifies HRSDC by fax and forwards the message from our clients so that we can respond the next working day.
